Install on macOS
Open the .dmg, drag the app to Applications and allow it the first time you open it.
You need macOS 13 (Ventura) or later, on a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later).
Download the
.dmgfrom Download. It's calledLumina-Live-mac-arm64.dmg.Open it and drag Lumina Live to the Applications folder, right beside it.
Open Lumina Live from Applications. The first time, macOS won't let it open because it isn't signed by Apple yet: close the warning.
Go to System Settings › Privacy & Security, scroll down to the message about Lumina Live and click Open Anyway. If it asks for your password, enter it.
Done: from now on it opens like any other app.
Tip: The warning appears because Apple's signature costs money every year and the project doesn't have it yet. The code is public and anyone can review it.
If you had WorshipApp
Lumina Live uses the same data as WorshipApp, but the new app has a different name: after installing it, delete WorshipApp from Applications so you don't have both.
What's next
- Install LibreOffice if you'll use PowerPoint presentations.
- Continue with the first launch.
